Healthy Gut is the Key to Weight Loss

You’ve heard the old adage, “You are what you eat” – but what about “You are as healthy as your stomach” ? The latest research confirms that the digestive system is an important indicator of sickness and health. This system of organs plays a vital role in your immune system, genetic make up, mental health and body weight.
